Q: Shipping Process?
Kid Funktional tries hard to expedite shipping because we know much you anticipate the arrival of your new purchase. Once your order has been received and we have verified all needed information your order will ship. We may contact you if we have questions or if we need more information. All orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. Once our warehouse has confirmed shipment Kid Funktional will send you tracking information. Q: What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
We understand that frustration and apologize for the inconvenience but we will do everything in our power to resolve the problem immediately—simply contact us at sales@kidfunktional.com for a quick response.
Q: What shipping method does Kid Funktional use?
In most instances we will send your order using our LTL Carrier from our Kent, WA warehouse. If your package is small enough we will use FEDEX, UPS, or USPS.
Q: What does Kid Funktional charge for shipping?
That depends! The cost of shipping can vary according to the product being shipped but if you order is over the minimum purchase there in no shipping charge. If you do not meet the minimum purchase amount we will provide you with your shipping charges during checkout.
Q: Can Kid Funktional ship internationally?
Kid Funktional is the U.S. Distributor and can send items only to customers within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S Virgin Island. If you do not reside in our territory please do not hesitate to contact us because we can work with our manufacturers to get you products by others means.
Q: Are there ever any additional shipping fees?
Any additional services such as “re-delivery / reconsignment” and “warehousing or stocking fees”, which are charged by the shipping company(s), will be the customer’s responsibility; Kid Funktional cannot take responsibility for any charges that incur as a result of additionally requested freight services.
Q: How long until my order ships?
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days of the order date. If for any reason we cannot get your order shipped we will contact you.
Q: Will all the items in my order be shipped together?
Usually, yes, your entire order will ship together. However, in the event that we cannot ship your order together we will contact you.
PAYMENT QUESTIONS
Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
Kid Funktional uses Google checkout technology to provide secure payments services and accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
Q: Aside from credit cards, what alternative methods of payment do you accept?
Kid Funktional accepts credit cards, checks, money orders and wire transfers. These payments must be made in full at the time of purchasing. Orders will be processed once the proper funds have cleared. If you wish to use this payment method, please contact us at sales@kidfunktional.com.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is ONLY charged for instate deliveries to Washington State, which is calculated during the check-out process.
Q: What if I’m unavailable to receive my order?
Depending on the carrier, additional delivery attempts will be made. Redelivery fees may apply. If your order has shipped and you are unable to receive your shipment over an extended period of time, additional storage fees may incur. Alternatively, your shipment may be rerouted back to the manufacturer, thus incurring fees for re-shipment of your order.
POLICIES
Q: What is your return policy?
Kid Funktional is happy to offer our customers a simple, no hassle return policy with no restocking fees! In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. Any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit. For example, if we offered free shipping on your order, we will issue you a credit for the purchase price of the returned merchandise, but will deduct our actual shipping costs for returned items.
Items must be completely unassembled and unused, in their original condition and packaging, complete with all materials. Customers are responsible for returning the item to its warehouse of origin using the same shipping method used for outbound shipment. Refunds will be issued once we have received the item and it has been determined to be in like-new condition.
Before sending back an item, please contact us at sales@kidfunktional.com. Once we receive your return request we will contact you within 24 hours with information regarding your return. All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be sent insured for the purchase price. If an item is returned with shipping damage, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim for the damaged merchandise. Bedding, textiles and any item marked as “Special Order” are not returnable.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Because most of our items ship or go into production within a few days, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours from when your order was placed. If an item has already shipped within this 24 hour period, you will be responsible for paying shipping back to the manufacturer and a restocking fee. All cancellation requests must be emailed to sales@kidfunktional.com .
Q: Is my purchase protected by a warranty?
